Hi Gaea, Can you tell me whether the toys are using Lockmeister or Lockguard? Also, can you also rez a new set of Cuffs (not wear from inventory) and see whether you can reproduce this? Make sure you're in a place where scripts are allowed to run. |

OK ... I re-rezzed all four cuffs independently using the "/1c" command, then reproduced the missing chains bug on multiple toys. The sim owner assures me that both toys work with either Lockguard or Lockmeister. After the failure of the second toy, the sim owner hopped on it with her own cuffs, to show me that the toy was working properly. P.S. For each cuff that I rezzed independently, I got three messages saying "Re-rez completed. Gaea's ℒսℓս Collar is on her neck again." (See new issue #98). (Am I your least favorite person yet? 🙂 ) |

Thanks Gaea for the new info 🙂 That helps a lot. I'll take a look soon. And no, on the contrary, you're fast climbing the Leaderboard towards being my favourite BugCatcher yet! |

Hi Gaea, Can you send me a link to Marketplace or the sim's toys if they are public so that I can investigate this further? |

I think I've found the problem. Can you set the owner of the toy (sim owner?) to be your Owner (temporarily). Does that work now? |

Lulu, whether I'm the owner or not doesn't seem to make a difference. I bought my own copy of the toy in question (Milk Stone from House of Taylor) ... the production cuffs give me particle chains, but the beta cuffs don't. |

I can't reproduce the issue, other than the Owner difference. I've sent you a standard Lockguard testing script in a simple pole. Please click that and select "Wrists" with your LULU Cuffs (5.0-beta.24) worn, and see whether that works for you? (These work for me, as do Think Kink toys.) I've also sent standard Lockguard testing wrist cuffs. Can you see wheher that works with *your copy* of the Milk Stone? I've also tried unsuccessfully to find the Milk Stone in the Marketplace. If you give me the LM/link or something I could try to test them too. |

Okay, closing this as we've learnt that it's Taylor's toys that are incompatible with Lockmeister/Lockguard 😛 Regardless, beta.12 will allow you to play with third-party toys not owned by you or your Owner. Thanks for catching this, Gaea! |
