Description: 1. Press Collar button on either slave or owner hud 2. Wait What should happen: Collar should air rez and attach to slave What actually happens: collar air rezzes rotates to face the slave then hovers in the air for a time then derezzes |

| Upon further investigation it was discovered that the Hugo's HDM Neck Corset, which is NOT in any way RLV scripted, was somehow interfering with the attachment of the collar. With removal of the Hugo's item the collar successfully attaches without issue. | |||||
