Description: 1. Set ban talk mode on.

2. Start training.

3. wearer speaks.

What should happen: Training end and ban remain in effect.

What actually happens: Training and ban both turned off. If just the ban is on, and the wearer speaks, the alarm is set, but the ban remains in effect. I suspect you need a separate flag for manual ban.
