Description: Collar/cuffs/gag show any random touching person an info-popup. The leash-ring even offers a little menu and the collar-bell reacts with a private chat-message. The wearer doesn't recognize anything - just hears the bell jingling for whatever reason perhaps. Only exception is the slave-tag announcing in local chat when clicked. (Please view attached file for all named gear-responses.) As wearer I'd like to have a hint who is the one trying to fumble at my gear. Either a short chat-message in private could announce it or the wearer could receive a popup comparable to the one coming up for the touching person. (Which wouldn't make sense in the case a touched leash-ring isn't worn of course!) |

Personally, I don't think the wearer needs to know if the restraints are touched. Since the restraints are secure (unless the cuffs are set public) nothing can happen, so why does it matter. People may be touching to find out what the item is (thereby maybe generating extra sales) or trying to mess with the wearer, but the wearer is safe so shouldn't be concerned, or even know it happened. |

I'd like to portray my reasons to request this feature (I'm using Dom/he sub/she; it's easier for me to formulate like this.): 1.) It would add extra realism. If not sleeping or heavily distracted sub quickly should realize attempts to touch/manipulate worn gear by another person. 2.) If 2 people meet each other for the first time it could add an aspect to the first impression sub receives. Does Dom touch already before/within/directly after the first addressing and if so, how often? Does he wait for a possibly matching moment while having conversation with sub or doesn't he try to touch at all and asks for/claims the keys finally? I'm sub. Speaking for myself, answers to these questions definitely would affect my interest into the other person. 3.) It's a common feature inside the restraints of many other manufacturers (Marine, T&T e.g.) and it could be implemented quite easily, I believe, because it's just about a simple notification triggered by a touch. |
