Description: Inside the gag's loose/tight settings-menus, there are options available which only will be applied for the related way the gag is worn. A remark pointing the user to this, is always displayed on top of the menu, if the user is surfing inside the one, in which the settings are done for the way, the gag is currently not worn. (Please view attached file.)

This remark is highly mistakable, because the "No-IM"-feature and the related whitelist including Owner Yes/NO- and whitelist YES/NO-settings are global, unlike the other settings. (loud, drool more, mangled)

I suggest to highlight this fact inside the comment at the top of the menus by enhancing it. An example:

"These settings will only be applied when Miriam's Gag is worn TIGHT/LOOSE. (currently TIGHT/LOOSE)

Despite the other ones, "NO-IM" and the "whitelist..." including the settings inside its submenu are Global and always will be applied to both, a loosened or tightened worn gag too."

Inside the related "whitelist..." settings-menus (Please view attached file again.), I would place a second warning on top again (even above the current remark, which is already present there. An examle:

"Attention: These settings here including the whitelist itself will be applied to both, a loosened or tightened worn gag too!"
"..."

These are long texts just for the top of a menu but might fit into them anyhow and they are could avoid much confusion, I believe.
