Description: 1. Try a different viewer than Firestorm. (For example I'm using Singularity, very common too and RLV-capable as well.)

2. Open some menus. (Please see attached file.)

What should happen: In many menus there's a little icon in the headline.

What actually happens: The headlines show some cryptic placeholders instead.
First I thought of a general bug but when I tested out in Firestorm I realized that it seems to be a viewer related issue. Anyhow I found a mini-mistake in the Collar-settings-menu that isn't worth an own bug-report I believe. It shows: "Here be found customizable options for your Lulu-Gag..." I would add a "can" and of course it's about the collar, not the gag.
